Every Trill Burgers collaboration gets its own custom-designed, custom-printed box — designed, die-cut and produced entirely in-house by Created to Create, with matching collab merch available on request. This page walks you through what we've built, the box specs your designers need, and how the process works.
From Levi's, Cardi B and Kevin Durant to Godzilla, Spy × Family and Rodeo Houston — we've produced 50+ collaboration designs, and each drop gets packaging built around the collaborator's identity while staying unmistakably Trill. Here's a selection; tap any project to view it full-size.
All collaborations run on our standard Trill Burgers display box — a die-cut tray with a fold-up billboard lid that carries the pop-up artwork. Below is the generic dieline with the measurements your design team needs.
Designing for this die? The production-ready die template must be requested by email before your team starts designing — request it at edit@ole.studio. Build artwork on the dieline at 100% scale, extend all background art 0.25" beyond every cut edge, and keep logos and type at least 0.25" inside cuts and folds.
A clear runway from idea to boxes-in-hand. The clock starts once artwork is approved.
We collaborate with your team to translate the partnership into packaging — artwork, pop-up display lid, and any merch extensions.
All designs must be approved by Trill Burgers before anything goes to print. No exceptions — it protects both brands.
Most collaborations require a new custom die template. Everything is die-cut and printed in-house, which keeps quality and cost under our control.
Suggested lead time is about two weeks from approved design to finished boxes. Complex builds or peak seasons may need extra runway.
Runs start at 1,000+ pieces, and depending on the magnitude of the collaboration our suggested run is 5,000 pieces so unit cost stays efficient — everything is produced in-house.
New die templates created for a collaboration can be reused for future orders, as long as the die on the artwork stays the same. Repeat drops get faster and leaner.
Designs are approved by Trill Burgers prior to print — build that sign-off into your campaign timeline before locking a launch date.
The generic die template is supplied by email request only — write to edit@ole.studio before your designers start. Design the special die-cut on the pop-up display lid; all other panels stay fixed in size and structure.
We can also create special merch based on the collaboration — tees, hats, wraps, cups and stand design — something many of our collaborations have requested (Easy Money, Bushwick Bill, Spy × Family, University of Houston).
