Keep it Trill.

Every Trill Burgers collaboration gets its own custom-designed, custom-printed box — designed, die-cut and produced entirely in-house by Created to Create, with matching collab merch available on request. This page walks you through what we've built, the box specs your designers need, and how the process works.

Generic die

All collaborations run on our standard Trill Burgers display box — a die-cut tray with a fold-up billboard lid that carries the pop-up artwork. Below is the generic dieline with the measurements your design team needs.

Designing for this die? The production-ready die template must be requested by email before your team starts designing — request it at edit@ole.studio. Templates are released under a short Die Template License Agreement: they may be used exclusively for approved Trill Burgers collaborations. Build artwork on the dieline at 100% scale, extend all background art 0.25" beyond every cut edge, and keep logos and type at least 0.25" inside cuts and folds.

Brand guidelines

Keep it Trill

Everything your design team needs to represent Trill Burgers correctly on a collaboration — the logo, the palette, the type. When in doubt, ask us before you improvise.

The logo

The Trill Burgers script logo is custom lettering — always use the supplied logo files, never re-typeset it. Approved colorways: white or gold on dark backgrounds, black on Trill Yellow. Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "B", and never reproduce it smaller than 1" wide in print or 120px on screen.

Logo — what not to do

If it's not one of the three approved colorways above, at full proportions, on a clean background — don't ship it.

Don't stretch or squash the logo

Don't recolor it outside approved colorways

Don't rotate or tilt it

Don't add glows, shadows, or effects

Don't place it over busy imagery without a solid holding shape

Don't use low-contrast color combinations

Color palette

Yellow and black carry the brand — cream and charcoal support. Collaborator brand colors live inside the artwork zone, but the Trill lockup always sits in one of these.

Typography

Two voices: a heavy condensed-feel display face for headlines, and a clean grotesque for everything else. The script in the logo is lettering, not a font — never typeset copy to imitate it.

On collaboration packaging

The Trill Burgers lockup appears unaltered on every collab box. Collaborator branding and artwork live in the designated artwork zones — including the pop-up display lid — and both brands must stay legible at arm's length. Final art is reviewed against these guidelines before print approval.

How a collab gets made

A clear runway from idea to boxes-in-hand. The clock starts once artwork is approved.

Concept & design

We collaborate with your team to translate the partnership into packaging — artwork, pop-up display lid, and any merch extensions.

Trill Burgers approval

All designs must be approved by Trill Burgers before anything goes to print. No exceptions — it protects both brands.

Die & production

Most collaborations require a new custom die template. Everything is die-cut and printed in-house, which keeps quality and cost under our control.

Delivery ~2 weeks

Suggested lead time is about two weeks from approved design to finished boxes. Complex builds or peak seasons may need extra runway.

Good to know

Minimum 1,000 — suggested run 5,000

Runs start at 1,000+ pieces, and depending on the magnitude of the collaboration our suggested run is 5,000 pieces so unit cost stays efficient — everything is produced in-house.

Your die can work harder

New die templates created for a collaboration can be reused for future orders, as long as the die on the artwork stays the same. Repeat drops get faster and leaner.

Approval before print

Designs are approved by Trill Burgers prior to print — build that sign-off into your campaign timeline before locking a launch date.

Die template by request

The generic die template is supplied by email request only — write to edit@ole.studio before your designers start. Design the special die-cut on the pop-up display lid; all other panels stay fixed in size and structure.

Exclusive to Trill Burgers

Our die templates and box structure are proprietary to Created to Create and released under a signed Die Template License Agreement — for use exclusively on approved Trill Burgers collaborations. They may not be reused, shared, or produced elsewhere for other brands or projects.

Special collab merch

We can also create special merch based on the collaboration — tees, hats, wraps, cups and stand design — something many of our collaborations have requested (Easy Money, Bushwick Bill, Spy × Family, University of Houston).
